Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a high-impact operations leader to supervise enrollment and eligibility teams supporting patient assistance programs. You will coach supervisors, optimize staffing, and partner with manufacturers to align program requirements with service delivery.

This full-time remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and ability to travel up to 25%. Anticipated salary range is $87,700 to $125,300 per year, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.
• Experience leading and developing a team of employees.
• Experience in patient support services, healthcare, or related field, preferred.
• Pharmacy and Medical insurance knowledge with both commercial and government plans highly desired.
• Specialty pharmaceutical knowledge, preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and work with any levels of the organization.
• Sound decision maker with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, lead, and mentor subordinate supervisors who direct employees in enrollment and eligibility reimbursement for patient support programs.
• Oversee work on a daily basis in conjunction with supervisors and team leads while resolving day-to-day problems using defined processes.
• Build customer relationships, interpret customer needs and assesses their business requirements while developing alternate solutions when needed.
• Interact with clients to provide resolution to inquiries and present updates on specific program performance.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with the client.
