The role focuses on coaching, process adherence, data integrity, and growth of a managed book of business. The position requires extensive industry experience and active licensing, with a strong emphasis on client relationships, analytics and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee Account Management staff and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Recruitment, onboarding and evaluations for staff.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Support renewals and service needs and oversee policy administration.
