The ideal candidate has extensive insurance brokerage knowledge, active licenses, and strong analytical and leadership skills to support renewals, new business, and client service deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Support staff development and succession planning.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Deliver evaluations and maintain transparent communication with leadership.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and renewals.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Provide subject-matter support for coverage and service questions.
