Job summary

Pavago is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day client operations and implementation activities for U.S.-based clients from a remote position. You will translate decisions into actionable tasks, track milestones, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep initiatives moving on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, PM, implementation or related field.
• Experience supporting U.S based clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven stakeholder management ability.
• Experience with spreadsheets and project tools.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client operations and implementation plans.
• Translate decisions into tasks with owners, deadlines and deliverables.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time commitments.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and documentation.
• Prepare agendas and status updates for meetings.
• Capture decisions and action items during meetings.
• Create SOPs, process docs and KPI scorecards.
• Identify blockers and escalate when needed.
