Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to own the customer experience end-to-end while leading a small team. This full-time, remote role reports to the Co-Founder and Strategy & Operations Associate, with responsibilities spanning inbound calls, emails, quotes, and post-sale follow-up.

The ideal candidate thrives in a startup-like environment, coaches a two-person team, and drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Comfortable spending up to half of the day on the phone.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in sales, customer support, and managing a small team is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a two-person customer service team; review interactions and provide feedback.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email and ensure professional support.
• Turn inquiries into quotes and sales opportunities; support customers through the sales process.
• Coordinate shipping and post-sale activities to ensure a positive experience.
• Partner with leadership on day-to-day customer operations and identify process improvements.
