Goalbook is seeking an Operations professional to support essential behind-the-scenes work across finance, HR operations, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with teams nationwide to keep the organization running smoothly and efficiently.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, strong written communication, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting various teams and initiatives.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of operations experience in a startup environment.
• Highly organized with a focus on consistency and order.
• Detail oriented; able to catch small print.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsabilidades

• Finance operations: manage AP, AR, collections, expenses, and reimbursements.
• HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, IT support, policy execution.
• Vendor management: resolve payment discrepancies and process invoices.
• Process improvement: standardize policies and drive efficiency across the org.
• Support Operations Team in legal, compliance, travel, conferences and events.
• Limited travel is required for onboarding, development and team events.
