Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a detail-oriented finance operations professional for a fully remote role supporting our nationwide outdoor recreation and self-service kiosks network. You will own AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting (P&L, balance sheets) using QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Excel to ensure accuracy and insight.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data.
• Proactive problem solver who flags risks early and owns deliverables.
• Growth-oriented with eagerness to expand from bookkeeping to financial modeling.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables) and QuickBooks.
• Strong home-office setup and ability to work 12 PM–4 PM EST independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations from AP/AR to bank reconciliations.
• Produce essential reports (P&L, balance sheets) for leadership insights.
• Process payroll and contractor payments via Wise and QuickBooks to ensure accuracy.
• Suggest workflow improvements and contribute to forward-looking financial models.
