Job summary

Affirm is seeking a high-impact Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will craft readiness strategies across people, processes, and enablement systems to support growth in a regulated fintech environment.

You will manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver measurable outcomes while coaching teams for durable, high-quality execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations, ideally at scale.
• 3+ years coaching and scaling operations with teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, etc).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience building workflows in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own program and team performance for cross-functional initiatives.
• Define roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with executive-ready updates.
• Identify risks/issues; propose data-backed solutions.
• Lead operational excellence using lean six sigma methods.
• Manage end-to-end change lifecycle with adoption and measurement.
• Build technical resources and clear manuals for humans and AI.
• Evolve knowledge management with SOPs, learning platforms, AI tools.
• Translate technical concepts into clear operational content.
• Oversee learning and training strategy with measurement.
