Johnson Technology Systems Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Managed Services program.

The role focuses on coordinating workforce activities, employee relations, customer communications, project administration, and operational reporting to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance. You will partner with Operations leadership, program managers, HR, recruiters, technical teams, and customers to maintain service levels, training, and documentation while fostering a positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations coordination, workforce management, HR operations, project coordination, or managed services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; SharePoint experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, team schedules, meetings, calendars, and customer reviews including QBRs.
• Manage workforce planning: schedules, PTO, on-call rotations, staffing forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, training, certifications, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster positive employee relations; support retention and recognition programs.
• Coordinate with recruiting on hiring activities, interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and customer status updates.
