Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building systems, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator 3 to schedule and optimize service work and dispatch field labor to meet customer needs. The role emphasizes timely communication, problem solving, and alignment with contractual obligations while leveraging SEdu Scheduling Platform to maintain efficient daily operations.

Required are 2 years of customer service experience and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment or prior JCI district office.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Coordinating/scheduling experience in a service-related industry.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Use of Oracle systems, preferred.
• Product knowledge of life safety equipment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service work for customers.
• Dispatch field labor to meet customer requests and expectations.
• Handle emergency dispatching and adjust current schedules.
• Use SEDU AI Scheduling Platform to create schedules.
• Communicate with customers and personnel to resolve scheduling issues.
• Monitor branch activity and implement improvement plans with management.
• Prioritize backorders and manage customer expectations.
• Track technician activity and ensure commitments are met.
