SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support remote operations across nationwide solar, battery storage and substation projects.

You will assist Service Managers, monitor operations, and liaise with customers and management to drive on-time project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, preparing documentation, leading meetings, and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with contracts and change orders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage project tasks.
• Ability to liaise between customer and management and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Lead internal project meetings with various stakeholders and document project meetings (write minutes).
• Schedule and participate in external project meetings and document project meetings.
• Manage multiple high priority project issues to timely completion.
• Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them quickly and timely.
