Job summary

SOLV Energy is a fully remote company seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor and manage day-to-day operations across nationwide solar and energy infrastructure projects. You will liaise with customers, Service Managers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while upholding company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, maintaining project documents, processing change orders, and supporting budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• Experience coordinating and managing business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
