Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor and manage daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery across our nationwide solar, storage, and substation initiatives.

This role is fully remote and reports to the Operations leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating with service managers, managing budgets and change orders, maintaining project documentation, and driving process improvements while upholding SOLV Energy's safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Lead internal project meetings and document project meetings (minutes).
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; assist with monthly job profitability reviews.
