Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in contracts/change orders, ERP familiarity, and strong communication. You will help optimize processes and drive profitability while championing SOLV Energy's inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with contracts and change order management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and document outcomes.
• Create invoices and track project profitability and expenses.
• Support implementation of process improvements and new technologies.
