Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor, control, and manage operations across solar, storage, and high voltage projects. The role is fully remote and supports Service Managers, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet expectations and goals.

You will document meetings, prepare extra work orders, manage change orders, and maintain clear project files while ensuring compliance with company procedures and striving for process improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operations.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Document project meetings (minutes) and schedule external project meetings.
