Qualifications

• Familiar with PR/PO processing, invoicing, and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single intake point for budget and vendor requests.
• Maintain the Central Security budget with accuracy.
• Track budget utilization and prepare monthly/quarterly analyses.
• Manage vendor contracts, PR/PO processing, invoicing, and accruals.
• Prepare written reports and communications for stakeholders.
