Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager IV for a remote, 9-month engagement to cover a planned leave in the SD Ops group.

You will orchestrate internal approvals, oversee the new portfolio management tool, and ensure leadership reporting stays accurate and on cadence. This role requires coordinating with finance, space, legal, DEC, energy, and other stakeholders, maintaining data integrity, dashboards, and standard playbooks to prevent dropped balls and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, program/project coordination, or process management
• Experience running a recurring, deadline-driven process with executive stakeholders
• Strong written communication for senior leadership
• Analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail across multiple workstreams
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project tracking tools
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Lead internal approvals cadence end to end: intake, prep, routing, tracking, follow-through
• Quality-control decks and submissions against templates; chase gaps
• Maintain approvals tracker as truth source with dates and links
• Coordinate cross-functional sign-offs (finance, space, legal, DEC, energy)
• Support live deal reviews logistics and post-meeting follow-up
• Maintain approvals hub site, docs, workflows, and glossary
• Lead tool implementation and testing for portfolio management platform
• Define and test approval workflows, notifications, and phase-transition gates
• Validate data quality and migrate legacy records
• Support access control and routing of access requests
• Run user testing sessions and capture feedback
• Draft leadership updates for directors/VPs
• Prepare pre-reads and status updates
• Maintain distribution lists and notifications
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting on approvals, pipeline, cycle time
• Produce operating reviews and ad hoc analyses
• Coordinate with data/analytics for truth sources
