Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United States is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to lead Core IT budget, vendor, and hardware operations, ensuring efficient spend and scalable processes.

You will manage a team, collaborate with IT, finance, and business partners, and drive governance across SaaS licenses, hardware procurement, and regional logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management, SaaS operations, or IT business operations.
• Experience managing enterprise software or hardware contracts end to end.
• Experience leading a team and growing a function.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS budget, forecasting, and license management across Core IT's enterprise platforms, including app catalog and renewal calendar.
• Own vendor management for Core IT's SaaS and hardware contracts.
• Oversee hardware and logistics across five regions: inventory forecasting, procurement, multi-region ordering, and new hire equipment standards.
• Manage and develop direct reports, setting priorities across their scope.
• Partner with business systems analysts on requirements, process design, and systems support.
• Build the operating rhythm for Business Operations: budget tracking, vendor scorecards, renewal calendar, and reporting.
• Partner with IT, Sales, and R&D leadership on platform backlog and renewal decisions.
• Champion the company's cultural principles as we scale.
