itD is seeking an Operations Manager III to oversee Central Security budget operations, vendor management, and procurement processes. You will serve as the central intake point for budget and vendor requests while tracking contracts, forecasting, and program health.

The role requires security or IT vendor management experience, $10M+ vendor spend exposure, and expertise with Google Sheets and Tableau for reporting.

Formación

• Experience managing vendor contracts or procurement operations.
• Background in security or IT vendor management.
• Experience supporting a vendor spend portfolio of $10M+.
• Active DSS-4 clearance.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets for budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Tableau experience for budget reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of PRs/POs, invoicing, accruals in procurement workflows.
• Experience managing intake and ticketing workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Central Security budget tracker and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Manage intake and triage of budget and vendor requests with cross-functional partners.
• Track and reconcile vendor spend, invoices, accruals, PRs, and POs; support forecasting.
• Develop monthly/quarterly reports on budget status and utilization.
• Oversee vendor contract lifecycle and renewal calendars with 90-day alerts.
• Drive vendor onboarding, runbooks, and biweekly communications.
• Improve budget management and procurement workflows with clear updates.
