Job summary

itD seeks an Operations Manager III to support Central Security budget operations, vendor management, and procurement processes. This role serves as the central intake point for budget and vendor requests while overseeing financial tracking, contract lifecycle management, and program health reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in security or IT vendor management, budget reconciliation, financial forecasting, and procurement operations, with a proven track record managing a vendor

Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor contracts or procurement operations.
• Background in security or IT vendor management.
• Experience supporting a vendor spend portfolio of $10M+.
• Active DSS-4 clearance.
• Advanced Google Sheets for budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Tableau for budget reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of PRs, POs, invoicing and accruals.
• Experience managing intake and ticketing workflows.
• Strong written communication for reports and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and triage of Central Security budget and vendor requests.
• Own the Central Security budget tracker and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Track and reconcile vendor spend, invoices, accruals, PRs, and POs while supporting forecasting.
• Develop monthly and quarterly budget reports analyzing status, utilization and forecasts.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, renewals, and coordination with Sourcing on onboarding.
• Drive vendor onboarding, runbooks, quality reviews, and biweekly communications.
• Improve budget and procurement workflows and present updates to stakeholders.
