Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance before and after changes.
• Develops and documents process workflows and job aids; publishes changes in an organized format.
• Evaluates readiness for change and supports change management for internal customers.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and trains teammates on systems or new functionality.
• Travel to other facilities is required on a regular basis.
