We are seeking backend-focused engineers with Ruby or Python experience to design robust APIs, model data efficiently, and optimize performance and security. This role supports remote work from anywhere in the United States, with comprehensive health, retirement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience building production-grade software using Ruby or Python.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality, reliable software and willingness to learn through side projects or open-source.
• Strong backend focus with understanding of APIs, data modeling, performance, and security.
