Reserv is seeking a Senior Analyst to help shape its growing data platform. You will define analytics capabilities, maintain data models, and build dashboards that empower executives and operations teams.

You will use Python and SQL to generate insights, collaborate with engineering, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers remote-friendly arrangement and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or consulting.
• Strong SQL proficiency with Postgres, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tool.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for executives and leaders.
• Develop Python- and SQL-based reports for claim lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to map sources to data model.
• Conduct analyses to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Serve as technical liaison between data team and stakeholders.
• Communicate findings through written reports and presentations.
• Help shape data team culture and processes.
• Think creatively to solve data problems.
