Responsibilities

• Conduct hypothesis driven analyses across multiple claims portfolios and surface trends.
• Guide the creation and implementation of predictive models.
• Build and maintain software tools to scale insight generation.
• Collaborate with customer facing teams to ground market trends.
• Mentor junior data scientists and support analysts at customer companies.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Continuously deploy code to influence engineering culture.
