Job summary

Reserv is an insurtech building AI-powered claims automation to improve efficiency for TPAs and adjusters. This role focuses on coordinating high-impact operations, meetings across timezones, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will work with staff at all levels, own key tasks, and help scale our operations while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused mindset. This position supports a flexible work approach and values rigorous execution.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in an operations role at a fast-paced tech company.
• Experience in fast-paced Operations.
• Delivering on time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience in using internal tools and streamlining operations processes.
• Proven ability to enhance cross-functional efficiency through process improvement.
• Ability to execute independently in a changing environment.
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to pivot as business needs change.
• Self-starter who can identify areas for improvement and drive solutions.
• Cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend and prepare for meetings, circulate the actionable items from these meetings and ensure that the to-dos are completed in a timely manner
• High level of involvement and visibility on strategic projects while working on/assisting with business planning efforts, account reviews, and many more high impact initiatives across the company
• Organising and coordinating all meetings in accordance with all schedules and timezones
• Able to interact with staff at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, positive, proactive, and efficient
• Take initiative to add value in areas of the business that you are interested in and passionate about
• Review and assist with process documenting
• Review and assist with ensuring SLAs are met both externally and internally
