Job summary

Reserv is an insurtech building AI-driven claims automation so processes are faster and more transparent. We are hiring for an operations-focused role that supports strategic initiatives, meeting coordination, and cross-functional execution across schedules and time zones.

You will engage with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, driving value through process improvements and timely deliverables while maintaining flexibility and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• CII qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced operations at a tech company.
• 3–4 years in an operations role at a fast-paced tech company.
• Delivering on time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience using internal tools and streamlining processes.
• Proven ability to enhance cross-functional efficiency.
• Ability to execute independently in a changing environment.
• Strong prioritisation skills with adaptability to changing needs.
• Self-starter who identifies areas for improvement and drives solutions.
• Cross-functional teamwork and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend and prepare for meetings, circulate the actionable items from these meetings and ensure that the to-dos are completed in a timely manner
• High level of involvement and visibility on strategic projects while working on/assisting with business planning efforts, account reviews, and many more high impact initiatives across the company
• Organising and coordinating all meetings in accordance with all schedules and timezones
• Able to interact with staff at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, positive, proactive, and efficient
• Take initiative to add value in areas of the business that you are interested in and passionate about
• Review and assist with process documenting
• Review and assist with ensuring SLAs are met both externally and internally

About Reserv

Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike. Location Requirement

Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state throughout employment. We are unable to hire candidates residing in California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States.

• CII Industry Qualification or Equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in fast pased Operations
• 3 - 4 years of experience working in an operations role at a fast-paced tech company

• Experience in using internal tools and streamlining operations processes
• Proven ability to enhance cross-functional efficiency through process improvement
• Ability to execute independently in a changing environment
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to pivot as business needs change
• Self starter who can identify areas for improvement and drive solutions
• Cross-functional teamwork experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
