BOXX Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our operations team in evaluating, processing, and administering our specialty lines insurance products. Position supports data quality, submissions triage, and documentation accuracy across remote or in-office environments within the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of commercial insurance concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote or in-office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain submission data in underwriting system, ensuring completeness and proper documentation.
• Triage submissions based on risk profile, urgency, and guidelines, routing to appropriate teams.
• Review applications and supporting materials to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Support data quality and analysis projects, including data validation, reporting, and process improvements.
• Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and support workflow management.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.
