Outsourced Pro Global Limited is sourcing a highly organized Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to back our Sales Optimisation Manager. This role ensures strategists attend training, complete homework, and follow processes with rigorous auditing so managers never chase tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or sales support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and proficient in Google Sheets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work with Zoom camera ON during the 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Attend all daily training sessions and run attendance tracking.
• Follow up with strategists via email/SMS until tasks are completed.
• Collect and organise all strategist homework and maintain trackers.
• Audit Zoom sessions against scripts and processes.
• Audit deals in HubSpot and other systems; flag recurring issues.
• Document issues clearly and ensure accountability across the team.
