Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking a highly organized Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting a premium AV integration client. You will back up marketing, sales, and back-office functions, maintain SOPs, and keep databases organized.

Reporting to the CMO and Sales Manager, you’ll manage GoHighLevel CRM, asset creation, email campaigns, and workflows, while coordinating with finance for payroll and commissions. C1 English required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing/sales administration or a multifunctional coordination role.
• Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or equivalent CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency with Notion, DocuSign, and standard cloud workspaces (Google Workspace).
• AI copywriting tools with standard prompt templates (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management, and ability to execute SOPs.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-department coordination and external liaison.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Web Management: Maintain and update pages and pipelines in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Asset creation: Produce images, video clips, and emails using templates and SOPs.
• Email marketing & copywriting: Run campaigns with AI-generated copy and manage delivery.
• Social media scheduling: Plan and publish content across channels.
• Inbox routing: Route queries and tickets to the right specialists.
• Communication workflows: Maintain clear workflows between leads/customers and internal teams.
• Financial backoffice: Coordinate payroll processing and commission payouts; track assets and withholdings.
