Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to provide essential coordination and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring orders, launches, shipments, and promotions are managed accurately and on schedule.

You will work with National Account Managers, Channel Managers, retailers, and overseas teams to coordinate orders, monitor stock and timelines, resolve issues, and maintain accurate reports and commercial information.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, customers, internal teams, and overseas teams preferred.
• Intermediate to good Excel skills for maintaining reports, data tracking, and summaries.

Responsibilities

• Expedite customer orders from multiple sources including international and national FOB and palletised orders.
• Check ship window availability and highlight non-conforming dates.
• Manage the Order Status Document and coordinate reviews with NAM/CM teams.
