Job summary

Digital Room is hiring an IT Support Engineer for its Van Nuys, CA plant. The role focuses on technical support for Windows, Mac, and a range of software applications, with duties spanning incident resolution and asset management.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; the team emphasizes strong customer service, remote support readiness, and collaboration across IT and facilities to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• IT degree or related certification with demonstrable work experience.
• Experience in a customer-focused IT support environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents across Windows and Mac.
• Resolve incidents and perform software/hardware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Support and configure Windows Server.
• Assist users with logged IT incidents.
• Record and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Escalate issues to other teams when needed.
• Maintain strong customer service and professional communication.
• Install and configure new IT equipment; manage assets.
• Remote support for work-from-home users.
