Digital Room in Van Nuys, CA is seeking an IT Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, support Windows and Mac platforms, and manage IT assets. The role focuses on incident management, configuration of Windows Server, and high-level user support in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have strong AD, Office 365, Jira/Confluence tools, and networking fundamentals, with on-site weekday hours and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field or relevant demonstrable work experience.
• Experience in customer-focused IT support and issue resolution.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents (Windows and Mac).
• Resolve incidents and upgrade software and hardware; handle printers, copiers, scanners.
• Support and configure Windows Server; incident management and ownership.
• Record and track requests using the IT service desk system; escalate when needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer service; communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Install and configure new IT equipment; manage asset and inventory records.
• Collaborate with teams; remote support for users working from home.
• Assist with reconciliation of assets and provide remote troubleshooting.
