Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Online Curriculum Developer to design and build engaging digital learning materials for a global audience. This fully remote role focuses on accessible, high-quality online courses that meet diverse learners' needs.

You will apply instructional design principles, leverage LMS and authoring tools, and collaborate with subject matter experts to craft content that supports strong learning outcomes and scalable education.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in online curriculum development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices for online education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online course content including modules, lessons, interactive activities, and assessments.
• Apply ADDIE or SAM models to create engaging e-learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate information into digital formats.
• Utilize LMS and authoring tools to build and publish online courses.
• Evaluate and revise courses to improve learner engagement and effectiveness.
