Placements24 is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer specialized in E-Learning to join a remote team and shape engaging online learning for a global workforce. You will own the design and development lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in instructional design, proficiency with Articulate 360 and Captivate, and a solid grounding in adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience with a focus on e-learning development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM).
• Experience with multimedia development (graphics, audio, video) is a plus.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements for online learning modules.
• Utilize authoring tools to build interactive and accessible e-learning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives and content requirements.
