Placements24 is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to craft engaging online learning experiences. This fully remote role partners with SMEs to translate complex topics into accessible curricula, develop multimedia-enabled courses, and implement robust assessment strategies for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design for online learning environments.
• Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, curriculum development, and multimedia production.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills for a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses, modules, and learning materials using sound instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives, content requirements, and assessment strategies.
• Create interactive learning content, including multimedia elements (videos, animations, simulations), quizzes, and activities.
• Utilize authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and revise them based on feedback and performance data.
