• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering educational programs, preferably online.
• Proven expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and adult learning principles.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and virtual learning platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Experience in the non-profit or charitable sector is a plus.
• A passion for education and empowering individuals through learning.
• Proficiency in standard office software and virtual collaboration tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine educational curricula and training materials for diverse learning needs.
• Design and implement engaging online learning experiences and virtual workshops.
• Manage the logistics of educational programs, including scheduling, participant recruitment, and resource distribution.
• Collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and community partners to ensure program relevance and quality.
