Qualifications

• Work experience as a Curriculum Designer, Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Ability to write clearly in a colloquial/conversational style.
• Proficient with Google Drives/Docs, MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management platforms (Teamwork, Monday.com).
• Ability to organize large content into effective coursework.
• Knowledge of InfusionSoft email structure.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed educational curriculum including learning objectives and slides.
• Create engaging training content (syllabi, quizzes, handouts).
• Review client content and strategize course development.
• Set and write learning objectives for each course.
• Create lesson and video descriptions and student worksheets.
• Interview Subject Matter Expert to flesh out content.
