Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles for online environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills for remote work.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning strategies and content.
