Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Privacy Specialist to administer OneTrust and privacy platforms, driving governance, risk management, and data subject rights operations across the organization. You will configure workflows, dashboards, and reports, and partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to align technology with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy, legal, and compliance platforms.
Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports.
Manage application upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Maintain application documentation, procedures, and support materials.
Support privacy program operations through the development and maintenance of assessments, workflows, and compliance processes.
Configure and maintain PIAs, DPIAs, Data Subject Rights workflows, vendor assessments, AI governance assessments, and related activities.
Assist with operationalizing new privacy and compliance requirements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into application configurations and workflow solutions.
Design and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics supporting privacy and compliance objectives.
Evaluate system enhancements and recommend new platform capabilities.
Support integrations between privacy platforms and enterprise applications.
Coordinate with IT on data integrations, synchronization, and automation initiatives.
Troubleshoot integration issues and data quality concerns.
Support data governance and platform data integrity activities.
Provide application support to business users.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution efforts with vendors and internal teams.
Deliver user guidance, training, and knowledge transfer.
Serve as a liaison between privacy, legal, compliance, business, and technical teams.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inquiries involving privacy technology platforms.
Lead moderate-to-high complexity initiatives related to privacy technology and business process improvements.
Provide mentorship to less experienced team members.
Function as a subject matter expert for privacy applications and related processes.
Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
