Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist (OneTrust) to administer privacy, compliance, and legal technology platforms, enabling governance across the organization. You will support risk assessments, data subject rights operations, and regulatory obligations.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Information Security, IT, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy platforms.
• Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage upgrades, releases, testing, and change management.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
