Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager for the Solid Tumor portfolio, covering Long Island, NY. You will drive product sales, develop strategic account plans, and cultivate relationships with hospital HCPs to expand our cancer care offerings.

The role requires 5+ years pharma/biologic experience in oncology, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel 50%+. Base salary ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 with incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biologic sales experience with oncology exposure.
• Experience building relationships with hospital HCPs and key decision makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stemline products within designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop strategic business plans for key accounts and opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Track opportunities, forecasts, and CRM data; report to Regional Sales Director.
• Travel to customer sites (50%+), including overnight stays as required.
