Job summary

Menarini Stemline is recruiting a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in the San Antonio area. You will drive sales, build strategic relationships with hospitals and clinicians, and provide post‑sales support to maximize territory revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biologic sales with oncology experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 50%+. Base pay is substantial with incentive opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stemline products to existing and potential customers within designated territory to meet revenue goals.
• Create strategic plans for key customer opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Track and report territory opportunities to the Regional Sales Director.
• Develop relationships with hospital HCPs and identify decision makers for future orders.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues in collaboration with clinical/marketing teams.
• Maintain CRM updates, forecast volume data, and monitor customer satisfaction.
