Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in the United States (New York). You will sell Stemline products to existing and new customers, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships to drive revenue and market share.

You will partner with hospital-based teams, manage the sales cycle, utilize CRM, and meet annual targets while complying with regulatory requirements. Travel up to 50% and flexible hours are required; oncology focus preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Track and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.
• Develop relationships with hospital HCPs and identify key decision makers.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer needs or complaints.
• Plan and monitor all sales cycle events using CRM.
• Attend required Quality & Compliance training and travel as needed.
