Labcorp is seeking a Client Solutions Partner, Oncology to manage a defined portfolio of existing key accounts, focusing on maximizing utilization of the Labcorp Oncology and Invitae Hereditary Cancer (HerCan) testing portfolio. The role emphasizes retention, growth, and expansion within health systems and specialists.

The position is remote with up to 50% travel, requiring strong field engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and value across oncology and hereditary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales support or sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of oncology, genetics, diagnostics, or laboratory services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of existing key accounts with retention and growth.
• Identify risks and address gaps in performance to maintain account stability.
• Drive upsell of Labcorp Oncology and Invitae HerCan within current accounts.
• Expand adoption of hereditary cancer testing across appropriate patient populations.
• Grow testing volume by deepening penetration across service lines and care pathways.
• Lead regular business reviews focused on utilization trends and performance.
