Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Client Solutions Partner, Oncology - Mid-America South, to manage and grow a defined portfolio in TX, OK, or MO. The role is remote with up to 50% travel, focusing on retention, wallet share, and adoption of integrated oncology and hereditary cancer testing solutions within existing customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare account management, client success, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to retain and grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of existing key accounts with full accountability for retention and growth.
• Lead regular business reviews focused on performance, utilization trends, and opportunities to optimize care delivery.
• Drive upsell and adoption of Labcorp Oncology and Invitae HerCan solutions within current accounts.
• Serve as primary commercial owner of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
