Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/healthcare.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience; alternative: high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare/scientific field with oncology focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales goals in the Phoenix South and Arizona territory.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand practice structures.
• Communicate patient-centered rationale for oncology products.
• Understand cancer care pathways and treatment options.
• Analyze market trends across oncology channels.
• Navigate accounts and contracts with hospital, GPO, and distributors.
• Collaborate with Oncology Customer Team Leader and district manager.
