Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative for the Phoenix South, AZ territory. You will engage with oncology customers, communicate product benefits, and drive territory sales to meet goals.

This field-based role requires travel to Phoenix and Tucson, participation in national meetings, and collaboration with the Oncology Customer Team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma with at least 8 years of experience in sales or healthcare/scientific field.

Responsabilités

• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and needs.
• Communicate product portfolio with patient-centered rationale for oncology products.
• Analyze market trends and patterns to develop short- and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and other team members to ensure consistent customer experience.
