Job summary

Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist in the United States to drive growth in the Oklahoma City territory. You will educate stakeholders, address needs, and collaborate with the Oncology team to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering patient-centered value.

This field-based role requires travel up to 50%, residency within the district, and a strong track record in oncology sales. Overnight travel may be required; compensation includes base salary with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 10+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Reside in or near the district (Oklahoma City area).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for the Oklahoma City / North Texas geography.
• Educate stakeholders about oncology products and engage the oncology community.
• Build strong business relationships with customers and key influencers.
• Understand practice structures, care pathways, and treatment options to best support patients.
