Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapies to customers.
• Equivalent experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices may be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight stays.
• Reside in or near the district (Oklahoma City area preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales goals for the geography by partnering with territory colleagues.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand practice structure and needs.
• Communicate patient-centered rationale for oncology products in engagements.
• Understand tumor types and treatment pathways to discuss options.
• Analyze market dynamics and accounts across distribution and hospital channels.
• Collaborate with Oncology Customer Team Leader and other roles to plan.
• Ask questions to identify customer priorities and tailor conversations.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions and teams.
