Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to grow our cancer therapeutics portfolio in the Nashville area. This field-based role requires building strong customer relationships, educating stakeholders on product indications, and driving sales while meeting or exceeding territory goals.

Travel to visits, national meetings, and conferences will be required. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of oncology field sales experience (or related clinical oncology exposure) and can navigate complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant sales experience required.
• Oncology/healthcare experience strongly preferred (pharma, biotech or medical devices) that is not strictly sales-related.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience within our Oncology organization.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model and needs.
• Communicate the patient-centered rationale for our Oncology products in indicated uses.
• Analyze market trends and buying environments across multiple distribution channels.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with local team and district manager.
